About Us

Edgewater is a 520+ master-planned community of Anderson, Logan, MI and Pulte homes spread over 130 acres in East Wake County. The community is made up of intimate neighborhoods that converge upon a connector boulevard with tree-lined sidewalks on either side. At the heart of the community is the recreational area that includes a Junior Olympic swimming pool, cabana, children’s wading pool and playground. Edgewater is also close to greenway trails leading to the Neuse River, and the Hedingham Golf Course is right next door. A city park is also planned next to Edgewater.
